We authorize Waterford School to request, and our child's school to provide, a complete academic transcript and report cards, previous standardized test scores, disciplinary and attendance records, and any other requested information. This application becomes part of the permanent record of the matriculating student. Letters of recommendation, including comments and information provided by the applicants's teachers and/or principal, including previous school records, are held in confidence by Waterford School and only disclosed to members of the Admissions Committee or others considered necessary to the admissions process.
